Collecting debug information for ESX Server:

In order to upload file(s) to our FTP server, please follow the instructions below:

1) From a UNIX shell or Windows command line, type "ftp ftpsite.vmware.com"

2) Input the Username and Password below

Username : inbound

Password : inbound

3) Type "bin" to enter binary mode.

4) Type "mkdir %SR NUMBER%".

5) Type "cd %SR NUMBER%" to change into that directory.

6) Type "put " where is the name of the pertinent file you would like to upload to us.

7) Email to notify us the upload has been completed.

Please Note: Customers logging in with the above information can not delete, rename, or download any files (even the file the customer just uploaded).
